BATTERY RECYCLING

Dominion Trading commenced recycling batteries in New Zealand in 1958 and offer a nationwide collection service from motor garages, auto electricians, dealers etc.  All our buyers are fully licenced truck drivers with Dangerous Goods endorsements and follow all safety precautions when handling, packaging and transporting batteries.

We supply Exide Technologies in Wellington or government-approved offshore smelters with our scrap batteries.  You may be interested to know that approximately 98% of a scrap battery is recyclable.
